On December 26, 2008, after intense competition, with a “Certificate of State-level Hi-tech Enterprise” granted jointly by Shenzhen Bureau of Science, Technology & Information, Bureau of Finance of Shenzhen, Shenzhen National Taxation Administration and Shenzhen Local Taxation Administration, SUNSEA Telecommunications Co., Ltd. was acknowledged as one of the first batch of state-level hi-tech enterprises in 2008.
