On January 27, 2015, the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province released the list of "2014 Newly Recognized Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center". the "Research Center for High Speed Optical Interconnect Devices in Guangdong Province" established by Research Center for Communication Interconnects of SUNSEA Telecommunications is on the list. The director of the research center is held by the project director Wang.
This is the second time after the company was recognized as Shenzhen Enterprise Technology Center by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Provincial Science and Technology Agency again.
After years of hard work, the research center has achieved fruitful results: In intellectual Property, to December 2014, there were a total of 209 patents have been applied, of which 52 inventions, 75 utility models, 56 appearances, 26 PCTs (123 authorized patents).
The dominant MC industry standard will be formally implemented in July 2015.
